Sabot at Stony Point is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of a diverse and talented group of current and former parents, alumni and community leaders who volunteer their time and lend professional expertise and vision to the school.

The Board is responsible for setting school policy, overseeing finances and making decisions that shape the long-term goals of the school, including development and implementation of a Master Plan. The Board formulates broad institutional policies, in keeping with the mission of Sabot at Stony Point that guide the Executive Director in running the school.

The Board meets monthly, or as events require, and works through standing committees.
